IMPORTANT - KIDNEY DESERVES THE BEST.

Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease.

ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease.

*SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:*

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking

enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

(3) Avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous:

* D-cold

* Vicks Action-500

* Actified

* Coldarin

* Cosome

* Nice

* Nimulid

* Cetrizet-D

They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide, PPA which

causes Strokes & Are banned in USA.

The Bridge of "Sorry":

 - The Closed Door and a Quiet "Sorry" A story to remind us the power of sorry: Raj had left his charger bag in the training building earlier. Returning late, he found the main door locked. He knocked repeatedly. Finally, the caretaker, a stern Mr. Verma, opened it, his face tight with annoyance. "What's the commotion?" Mr. Verma grumbled, glancing past Raj at another resident, Ravi, who had been startled by the loud knocking. He'd assumed Raj was trying to barge in. " Mr. Verma, I'm so sorry, " Raj said quickly, his voice sincere. "I didn't mean to disturb anyone with the late knocking." Instantly, Mr. Verma's expression softened. The annoyance faded. "Ah, it's you, Raj. No worries, son. For a moment, I thought you were just being inconsiderate. But that 'sorry'… it makes all the difference, eh?" He offered a small smile, the tension gone. Ravi nodded in agreement. Raj retrieved his bag, the brief moment...

A Different Kind of Smart: Nokia's Wary Approach to the Android Ecosystem:

 - Beyond the Simple Narrative: Why Nokia's Android Dilemma Was More Than Just Stubbornness For years, the narrative surrounding Nokia's dramatic fall from mobile phone titan has been simplified to a single, damning sentence: "They should have just switched to Android." While seemingly straightforward in hindsight, this perspective overlooks the complex strategic considerations and valid concerns that likely influenced Nokia's fateful decisions. Diving deeper reveals a story where data privacy and the perceived potential of their own ecosystem played significant roles in their hesitation. The mid-to-late 2000s witnessed a seismic shift in the mobile landscape with the arrival of the iPhone and the burgeoning Android platform. While Apple's sleek design and intuitive software captured consumer hearts, Android, with its open-source nature and Google's backing, quickly gained momentum. Nokia, the reigning champion of the feature phone era, found itself at a c...

Coping with Emotion.

Emotions:       Have you ever observed some of the situations occur in our lives?      Say, you are walking on a road; suddenly a biker comes and lightly hits you, so that your dress gets dusty. How do you react? Shout at him or physically hit him or you keep passive and just walk on the road. Suppose if you beat the biker, you did not have the intention or even think of beating the person, but why did you beat? It is all sudden, because there is always an internal action and reaction process which takes place between our hearts, mind and physical body, which we do not see. Thus in the same kind, emotions also do work within our body and mind. Emotions take many faces as per the situation like, Anger predisposes us to defense or fighting and Fear predisposes us to flight (run away) or fight.      What is Emotion?      Emotions are a complex state of feeling that results in physical and psyc...
