The rate at which  young people are suffering from Kidney disease is alarming. I am sharing a post which can help us.

Please read below:

IMPORTANT - KIDNEY DESERVES THE BEST.

Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease.

ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease.

*SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:*

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking

enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

(3) Avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous:

* D-cold

* Vicks Action-500

* Actified

* Coldarin

* Cosome

* Nice

* Nimulid

* Cetrizet-D

They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide, PPA which

causes Strokes & Are banned in USA.

Sadly, men who haven’t grown up emotionally often struggle:

 - We all have patterns, habits, ways of doing things that feel comfortable and familiar. But men who haven’t grown up emotionally often get stuck in these past patterns. - If you notice a man who seems oblivious to his own behavior and its impact on others, it could be a sign of emotional immaturity. - If you notice a man repeatedly falling into the same patterns, especially ones that cause problems or pain, it could be a sign of emotional immaturity. - This lack of empathy can make relationships challenging. It can lead to misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and a lack of emotional connection. Coping with Emotion.

Emotions:       Have you ever observed some of the situations occur in our lives?      Say, you are walking on a road; suddenly a biker comes and lightly hits you, so that your dress gets dusty. How do you react? Shout at him or physically hit him or you keep passive and just walk on the road. Suppose if you beat the biker, you did not have the intention or even think of beating the person, but why did you beat? It is all sudden, because there is always an internal action and reaction process which takes place between our hearts, mind and physical body, which we do not see. Thus in the same kind, emotions also do work within our body and mind. Emotions take many faces as per the situation like, Anger predisposes us to defense or fighting and Fear predisposes us to flight (run away) or fight.      What is Emotion?      Emotions are a complex state of feeling that results in physical and psyc...

Don’t wait for the parrot to die:

-------------------------------------- The story is told of a woman who bought a parrot to keep her company, but she returned it the next day. *“This bird doesn't talk,”* she told the owner. *”Does he have a mirror in his cage?”* he asked. *“Parrots love mirrors. They see their reflection and start a conversation.”* The woman bought a mirror and left. The next day she returned; the bird still wasn't talking. *"How about a ladder? Parrots love ladders.The happy parrot is a talkative parrot.”* The woman bought a ladder and left. But the next day, she was back. *“Does your parrot have a swing? No? Well, that’s the problem. Once he starts swinging, he’ll talk up a storm.”* The woman reluctantly bought a swing and left. When she walked into the store the next day, her countenance had changed. *“The parrot died,”* she said. The pet store owner was shocked. *“I’m so sorry. Tell me, did he ever...

Appreciating good deeds:

One night, just before the shopkeeper was about to close the shop, a dog came into the shop. There was a bag in its mouth. The bag had a list of items to be bought and money. The shopkeeper took the money and kept the items in the bag. Immediately, The dog picked up the bag of items and left. The shopkeeper was surprised and went behind the dog to see who the owner was. The dog waited at the bus stop. After sometime, a bus came and the dog got into the bus. As soon as the conductor came, it moved forward to show his neck belt which had money and the address as well. The conductor took the money and put the ticket in his neck belt again. When it reached the destination, the dog went to the front and wagged his tail indicating that he wanted to get down. The moment the bus stopped, it got down. The shopkeeper was still following it. The dog knocked on the door of a house with its legs. Its owner came from inside and beat it with a stick. Understanding the negative thought patterns:

Snippets : -At its core, a negative thought is not inherently negative. It’s simply a thought.  - Negative thoughts have no inherent power over you. They come and they go. - If you want to learn how to stop negative thoughts, realize that it’s not about stopping thoughts, but about changing how you relate to those initial thoughts. - You can see your thought patterns as programs running inside you, like a software app on a computer, phone, or tablet. Your software can be changed, molded, and redirected. Find the full article from below link. Click to read from source :

Doing what's right builds confidence:

 - Doing what's right keeps your conscience satisfied. And this builds self-confidence.  When we do what is known to be wrong, two negative things happen.  First, we feel guilt and this guilt eats away confidence.  Second, other people sooner or later find out and lose confidence in us.
