IMPORTANT - KIDNEY DESERVES THE BEST.

Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease.

ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease.

*SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:*

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking

enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

(3) Avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous:

* D-cold

* Vicks Action-500

* Actified

* Coldarin

* Cosome

* Nice

* Nimulid

* Cetrizet-D

They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide, PPA which

causes Strokes & Are banned in USA.

Effective team management is neither about passive detachment nor rigid control. It is an active, supportive practice of process design and human care:

- The Anchor of Execution:  Balancing Process and the Human Face in Workflow Management In any organization, a strategic plan is only as good as its execution. While leadership sets the vision, it is the team manager who serves as the anchor of day-to-day operations.  Historically, management frameworks treated this role as purely mechanical—a numbers game of tracking timelines and treating human beings as mere "resources" to be scheduled. However, modern operational research has brought a critical truth to light: you cannot successfully manage the process if you neglect the people. Exceptional workflow management requires balancing the technical mechanics of a project with the neuro-emotional safety of the team executing it. When a manager fails to oversee the flow of work, deadlines slip and quality degrades. But when a manager relies solely on rigid micromanagement, burn-out spikes and team members hide critical mistakes.  True oper...

Is anybody happier because you passed his way?

 - Is anybody happier  because you passed his way? Does anyone remember  that you spoke to him today? This day is almost over,  and its toiling time is through;  Is there anyone to utter now a kindly word of you? Did you give a cheerful greeting to the friend who came along? Or a churlish sort of "Howdy"  and then vanish in the throng? Were you selfish pure and simple as you rushed along the way,  Or is someone mighty grateful for a deed you did today? Can you say tonight, in parting with the day that's slipping fast, That you helped a single brother of the many that you passed? Is a single heart rejoicing over what you did or said;  Does a man whose hopes were fading now with courage look ahead? Did you waste the day, or lose it, was it well or sorely spent? Did you leave a trail of kindness or a scar of discontent? Source:  taken from Edgar Albert Guest poem. Reflection of above poem: "Is anybody happier because you passed his way?" is a po...

Tokyo Olympics, two sportsmen makes us realise true meaning of joy:

 The scene is the final of men's high jump at the Tokyo Olympics.  Italy's Gianmarco Tamberi was facing Qatar's Mutaz Essa Barshim in the final.  Both of them jumped 2.37 meters and were on par !  Olympic officials gave three more attempts to each of them, but they were unable to reach more than 2.37 meters. One more attempt was given to two both of them, but Tampberi withdrew from the last attempt due to a serious leg injury.  The moment when there was no other opponent in front of Barshim, the moment when he could have easily approached the gold alone ! But Barshim asked the official "if the gold can be shared between the two of us if I withdraw from the final attempt ?"  The official checks and confirms and says "yes then the gold will be shared between the two of you".  Barshim then had nothing to think about, announces withdrawal from the last attempt. Seeing this, the Italian opponent Tamberi ran and hugged Barshim and screamed !  What we sa...

The Secret to a Happy Marriage: Stop Trying to Win and Start Nurturing:

 - Nurturing the Marital Garden: When the Relationship Wins In the grand tapestry of life, marriage stands as one of the most profound and challenging relationships we undertake. It's a journey filled with shared dreams, laughter, and sometimes, inevitable disagreements. Yet, the true triumph in marriage isn't about one person "winning" an argument or proving a point; it's about the relationship winning. It's about cultivating a shared space where both individuals can thrive, a garden that requires constant, loving care. Often, in the heat of the moment, our instincts can lead us to defend ourselves, to score points, or to push for our own way. However, this competitive mindset can chip away at the very foundation of the union. When we prioritize winning as an individual, we inadvertently lose something far more valuable: the strength and intimacy of our bond. The key to a flourishing marriage lies in shifting our focus from "me" to "us," e...

Yaadon ka Aangan:

 - *Yaadon ka Aangan* Ek hi chhat ke neeche tab poora jahan rehta tha, Har kone mein khushiyon ka karwan rehta tha, Deewarein khinch gayi aur sadiyan beet gayi magar, Dil mein aaj bhi wahi purana makaan rehta tha. Raaste alag hue, log musafir ban gaye, Bade ghar ke woh kisse, ab maahir ban gaye, Zamana guzar gaya par yaadein wahi taaza hain, Hum aaj bhi us aangan ke hi qaayal ban gaye. "Batwara toh sirf zamin aur deewaron ka hua tha, Yaaden toh aaj bhi usi sanjeeda aangan mein rehti hai, Log kehne ko toh chale gaye apne raste, Magar woh purani raunak aaj bhi aankhon mein behti hai." You don't die if you fall in water, you die only if you don't swim:

 💨 Ducks Quack, Eagles Soar: (Received this story as social media forward) I was waiting in line for a ride at the airport in Dubai. When a cab pulled up, the first thing I noticed was that the taxi was polished to a bright shine. Smartly dressed in a white shirt, black tie, and freshly pressed black slacks, the cab driver jumped out and rounded the car to open the back passenger door for me. He handed me a laminated card and said: 'I'm Abdul, your driver. While I'm loading your bags in the trunk I'd like you to read my mission statement.' Taken aback, I read the card. It said: Abdul's Mission Statement: To get my customers to their destination in the quickest, safest and cheapest way possible in a friendly environment. This blew me away. Especially when I noticed that the inside of the cab matched the outside. Spotlessly clean! As he slid behind the wheel, Abdul said, 'Would you like a cup of coffee? I have a thermos of regular and one of decaf.' I sai...

Schools teach us to be poor.

Yes, Schools teach us to be poor. Schools teach us failing is bad. Reality is, to be rich you need to risk, to take risk means also to be ready to fail. To be rich you need to create- Jobs, emerging industry, tax, money, and more. To be rich you need to be big heart. Once you receive pay check you are programmed to be dependent on your employer. Imagination also needs knowledge to pull in thoughts. Schools never give you that kind of knowledge. Schools were built to create people who can work and make money for the rich. Do you think people hurt you:

- Do you want to know the philosophy of why you get hurt when people say something; then this article is for you.   You might have come across people telling you, “You are very disturbing”. “I don’t like the way you behave” “You don’t know how to cook a good food” “You are not productive at work”   Do the above kind of attitudes from others affect and hurt you? Well, you should not be offended when they say something to you, or comment something on your behaviour, calm yourself down and think of it as their perspective or a joke for the day. I know it’s not so easy to practice.   Tell yourself the person who is the potential offender has as much right to his opinion as you do to yours. Besides, they’re only words. They are not judgements on you. What can words do? They certainly can’t break your bones!   Have a philosophy that ‘words-will-never-hurt-me’ it’s a very important philosophy of communication in any relationship. Think that people ar...
