Knowing our fears and not letting them to hinder our goals:

Snippets : - Fear  is a vital response to physical and emotional danger—if we didn't feel it, we couldn't protect ourselves from legitimate threats. - Sometimes one or two scary experiences can cause us to fear things that we don’t rationally need to fear; some fears aren’t based on first-hand experience at all.  - Fear may be natural, but it’s not always helpful. Sometimes our brains mistakenly learn to send fear signals even when there is no real danger, perhaps based on one or two bad experiences. - Your fear may never be fully extinguished, but hopefully it will hold less power over you and not prevent you from achieving important goals and enjoying your life.  - Research suggests that a more effective way to combat fear is to do the thing you least want to do—face your fear head on—but do it one step at a time, in a healthy and safe way.  Click to read full from source :

Life Skills blog is 'Celebrating 100th Article':

     T oday the ‘Life Skills’ blog is celebrating 100 th  article of its blog. The Life Skills (LS) blog started in the year 2013 to educate people about life skills and its importance. This blog contains articles on various topics touching upon Life skills. Life skills are a set of human skills acquired via direct experience, (and also through training) that are used to handle problems and questions commonly encountered in daily human life. When we were in primary school we dealt with numeracy skills (numerals, ratios, formulas), literary skills (Reading, writing, and comprehension). When we went on to our higher classes most of us started memorizing the concepts and then writing back the same in the exams and securing good marks.
