9 points- Important message for those who take care of elderly (60-100 years and above…):

-🦿🦵🏻A letter from  orthopaedic doctor to all the elderly (60-100 yers and above…) and those taking care of the elderly. *I don't advocate  determination of bone density anymore, because the elderly will definitely have osteoporosis, and with the increase of age, the degree of osteoporosis will definitely become more and more serious, and the risk of fracture is bound to get bigger.* *There is a formula:* *The risk of fracture= external damage force/ bone density.* *The elderly are prone to fractures because the denominator value (bone density) is getting smaller and smaller, so the risk of fractures will definitely increase.* *Therefore, the most important measure for the elderly to prevent fractures is to do everything possible to prevent accidental injuries.* *How to reduce accidental injuries?* *There are the seven characters of the so-called secret that I summed up, which is:* *“Be careful, be careful, be careful again"!* *Specific measures include:* *1. Never stand on

Life skills and tips (Perfectionism)--

- - What does a good job look like to your boss, peer, or client? Seek their feedback on expected results, costs, and timelines rather than trying to meet your extremely high standards. - Consider how perfectionism impacts your relationships. Are you setting unrealistic standards for those around you?  - The need to have it “perfect” will often annoy others, and in extreme cases, drive them away.  Source: https://hbr.org/tip/2020/02/dont-let-perfect-be-the-enemy-of-good

Papaya and it’s health benefits:

 - *PAPAYA & TONGUE EXERCISE*  In the future, the new treatment method for malignant tumors will no longer be chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery, but changing one's diet to improve the new blood vessels! Great medical knowledge!   A high-quality diet is the natural chemotherapy three times a day.   The following information should be taken seriously, it is simple and easy to implement, and it is very good!  ‭‭  What you may not know is: Papaya, which is usually easy to obtain, is the king of fruits!   The tomato that the doctor praised was nothing compared to papaya.   Papaya has been selected by WHO (World Health Organization) as the fruit with the highest nutritional value for two consecutive years, that is, the king of fruits! The nutritional value of papaya is: 1. Calcium:  Papaya has 2 times that of apples.  2. Vitamin C:  Papaya has 13 times that of apples,  7 times that of bananas,  7 times that of watermelon,  8 times that of cherries, and  1.3 times that of pineappl

“Hire good people, and leave them alone.”:

 - *3M's Evolutionary Progress:*  McKnight’s (Chairman of the Board) approach was captured in phrases that would be chanted often by 3Mers throughout its history: “Listen to anyone with an original idea, no matter how absurd it might sound at first.” “Encourage; don’t nitpick. Let people run with an idea.” “Hire good people, and leave them alone.” “If you put fences around people, you get sheep. Give people the room they need.” “Encourage experimental doodling.” “Give it a try—and quick!” Pg 342, Built to last, Jim Collins & Jerry Porras. Source: received through WhatsApp message

When a question is asked to ‘Google Bard’ (ChatGPT like AI from Google) *"Are you in competition with chatgpt”?* The answer is simply in its decent sense as below:

When below question is asked to ‘Google Bard’ (ChatGPT like AI from Google) The answer is simply in its decent sense as below:  *" Are you in competition with chatgpt” ?* ChatGPT and I are both large language models, but we have different strengths and weaknesses. ChatGPT is better at generating creative text formats, like poems, code, scripts, musical pieces, email, letters, etc., while I am better at answering your questions in a comprehensive and informative way, even if they are open ended, challenging, or strange. Ultimately, whether or not we are in competition depends on how you define competition. If you define competition as simply being the best at what you do, then I would say that ChatGPT and I are not in competition. We both have our own strengths and weaknesses, and we both serve different purposes. However, if you define competition as being the most popular or the most widely used large language model, then I would say that ChatGPT and I are in competition. Both o

I began to realize that life is beautiful because of the world'

- Wise words - 1 In a relationship,  It is not a question of whose mistake it is. It is a question of whose life!  I cannot get a family atmosphere and life right,  by blaming others. It does not matter who is right or who is wrong.  What's important is the peace in the family Life. What really matters is that I got to get my life right.  It's never too late.  So, instead of expecting the world to turn,  I turned myself.  I began the process of demolishing my ego; which is a continuous process.  Instead of accepting myself as I am and expecting the world to change,  I accept the world as it is and it is  I who started to change. A Change For The Better...  Changing my approach towards the family, towards the world. I began to realize that life is beautiful because of the world,  as it is...  Also, I let life be beautiful in spite of the world. Our Family atmosphere needs it.  Losing the argument is better than losing the person,  the family...  So, I learnt: The Family Comes Fi

Passion is a form of intensity, a hunger for life.

- In around 1971, five IBM engineers from the AI department  ( Dietmar Hopp ,  Klaus Tschira , Hans-Werner Hector,  Hasso Plattner , and  Claus Wellenreuther , all from  Mannheim , Baden-Württemberg) were working on an enterprise-wide system based on a particular software, and during those days it was told to them that it would no longer be necessary for them to work on this project. These 5 seem to be very passionate and focused towards working on a software product which focused on enterprise wide processes integration. And it happened that these 5 people rather than abandoning the project, they decided to leave IBM Tech and start another company. And here you go now it’s 2023 and guess which is that company now? The company is the world's leading  enterprise resource planning  (ERP) software vendor.   It is the largest non-American software company by revenue, the world's third-largest publicly traded software company by revenue, and the

There are things more precious than money. Here are a few: -Experiences -Genuine connections -A feeling of purpose -Genuine concern for helping others -Eddie says, “there are many things in this world that no amount of money will buy you, and some things are priceless beyond measure.” 2. Weakness can be turned into hatred Weak people lack the ability to maintain any level of emotional intelligence. People who lack emotional intelligence and a strong sens
