If we buy honesty, we get sleep free. If we buy LOVE, we get all good virtues free:

-  Sharing something interesting that I came across today. Quite insightful. "Buy one - get one free" may be a marketing gimmick. But it is true in real life in many sense. We buy (i.e. harbouring this emotion) anger and get acidity free. We buy jealousy and get headache free. We buy hatred and get ulcer free. We buy stress and get blood pressure free and so on. Conversely, if we buy trust, we get friendship free. If we buy exercise, we get health free. If we buy peace, we get prosperity free. If we buy honesty, we get sleep free. If we buy LOVE, we get all good virtues free. May Almighty bless us with the wisdom to buy right things for a healthy and purposeful life! Source: received through whatsapp message

A study confirms the universality of human emotional expression across geographic and cultural boundaries:

 - Does our facial expression depends on culture or it's universal? A UC Berkeley study reveals how similar people are in different corners of the world in how they express emotion in the face of the most meaningful contexts of lives.  'The typical human face has 43 different muscles that can be activated around the eyes, nose, mouth, jaw, chin, and brow to make thousands of different expressions'. A large study used the algorithm to track instances of 16 facial expressions one tends to associate with; amusement,  anger,  awe,  concentration,  confusion,  contempt,  contentment,  desire,  disappointment,  doubt,  interest,  pain,  sadness,  surprise, and  triumph. The results revealed that people from different cultures share about 70% of the facial expressions used in response to different social and emotional situations.
