A Wisdom story- If integrity and reputation is lost, Your wisdom becomes foolishness, and your cunningness becomes stupidity:

 -

Chicken story:

A Woman walks into a butchery shop just before closing time and asks,

"Do you still have chicken?"

The butcher opens his deep freezer, takes out his only chicken left and puts it on the weighing scale. It weighs 1.5 kg. 🐓

The woman looks at the chicken and at the scale and asked,

"Do you have one that's a bit bigger than this one ?"

The butcher puts his only chicken back into the freezer, and then takes it out again.

But this time when he puts it on the scale, he craftily keeps his thumb on the scale pan.

And the scale now shows 2 kg.

"That's wonderful," said the woman.

"I'll take both of them, please!"

In a situation like this, you realize at once that your integrity and reputation are firmly on the line.

Your wisdom becomes foolishness, and your cunningness becomes stupidity.

Until now the butcher has his head inside the big deep freezer, looking for the first chicken. 😄

*Remember:*

 1. Always tell the truth, and you will be free !!!

2. A good name is better than riches.

3. Live to express yourself, and not to impress others.

Right attitude is a great power (story):

😒A Businessman was deep in debt and could not see any way  out. 😒Creditors and Suppliers were demanding payments. He sat in the park, deep in thought, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy. 👍Suddenly an old man appeared before him and asked, "I can see that something is troubling you seriously". 👍After listening patiently the old man said, "I believe I can help you". 👍👍👍He asked the man his name, wrote out a cheque and put it into his hands saying, 👍"Take this money, meet me here exactly one year from today... and you can pay me back at that time". 👍Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come. 👌👌👌The businessman saw in his hands a cheque for $ 500,000... signed by Warren Buffet, one of the richest men in the world. 👍"I can erase my worries instantly...

Beyond Fear: How a Single Attitude Change Unlocks Growth:

🌟 Open the Door to Opportunity: The Power of a Positive Mindset We often encounter situations that highlight the stark difference between a closed, fearful mindset and an open, positive attitude. The choices we make daily—even small ones—are often dictated by whether we focus on the potential loss or the potential gain. A perfect illustration of this took place in a restaurant. I noticed the owner kept the large front door closed, essentially hiding a valuable marketing display and limiting the shop's visibility. When I asked him why, his reason was simple and fear-driven: "What if people will eat and go without paying?" His focus was entirely on preventing a minor potential fraud cost . The Opportunity Cost of Fear I challenged him to compare that small potential loss (the fraud cost) with the much larger benefit he was sacrificing: the marketing opportunity cost . By keeping the door closed, he was missing out on: ...

Why people at big companies are happy:

- Lets refresh our memories   - employees are emotional creatures. Events from personal life affect professional life and vice versa.  - Healthy work-life balance means different things to different people. Top companies realize there is no one-size-fits-all approach – they don’t tell employees HOW to achieve work-life balance. - As long as employees feel they are a part of something that is bigger than themselves, they remain engaged. Merge this with the freedom to design professional career path and the well-planned learning opportunities to succeed on those paths. Click to read full article from LinkedIn:

Pro-Assertive challenge?

When you are on the way to a job interview. On the road, you put an emergency brake to avoid hitting a person passing by, and due to this a other bike hits your bike. How do you handle the situation? Both might become aggressive or either of one party. Even if you know that you are at wrong first, you might try to defend yourself. Now you just imagine and conclude what will be your reaction in this situation. Generally actions and interactions are of three categories such as Assertive, Passive and Aggressive. Action and interaction depends on how each person perceives and takes the meaning out of each others actions. Which is clearly explained in symbolic interaction theory. Let us know the nature of these three characters:   Assertive- Respect for others' views, brief, clear, direct, win-win.   Passive- Not clear in expression, easily give up, introvert/shy.   Aggressive- Dominating, harsh, efforts are...

Critical Thinking.

Critical Thinking:      One sense of the term critical means crucial. And in generic terms crucial means essential or important. The critical thinking is ‘ reasonable reflective thinking focused on deciding what to believe or do’. In our daily lives we do so many tasks and take so many decisions like, daily life decisions to family decisions to business decisions. When we go to a grocery store to purchase milk can, we do not think much as to which brand and what quantity to purchase as this is our daily need and the factors are framed already. And at the same store if we purchase a dinner set for our families we look at many designs, take suggestions, think over and then we purchase it. So here we can say that, to purchase milk can we did not stress on our thinking, it was sub conscious, vise a vise to purchase a dinner set it required some decision making skills. Let us formally put the decision making skills put on to purchase the dinner set: 1.  ...

Being Non-Judgemental:

Its not necessary that, all the buses moving on Airport road, should go to Airport. What do you understand from this liner? How many times in our relationships, teams and dealings we conclude that all the buses are moving to Airport, only to realize atlast that its not the fact. In Qur'an Allah says: “O you who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest you harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what you have done.” [Sûrah al-Hujurât: 5] He also warns: “O you who believe! Shun much suspicion; for lo! some suspicion is a sin.” [Sûrah al-Hujurât: 12] The intention of refering this above scentences from qur'an is to understand the importance of being non-judgemental from as far as 1500 years ago. And also there are many scriptures which highlight about this.      Being judgemental is to be of a quality of clear mind, unbiased thinking, listen to understand, value for indiv...
