Most of the new entrepreneurs i have seen find the last step difficult..
But if this is achieved, the cycle will start and the outcome will be called Business.
Without continuity, your sale would end up to be a one time show, and most of the stories in the market resonates around it.
The Key to continuity is review & feedback... this will give you the root cause.
if your good customer does not return, you may need to accommodate his review feedback.
And this will bring continuity you are looking for!!
