A person is all the times doing multitasking- personal life, professional life, and self. A truth about life is you cannot change what's happened in the past. Your focus needs to be on performing whatever you have got to do at the present moment and doing the best you can to achieve what you vision.
Sometimes things don't go as planned, but remember to keep moving forward. Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith.
Sometimes in life, we need to look back to move forward a lot faster and create a better future. Looking backward helps us to understand our past in ways that were previously hidden from us. In addition, thinking about the past often reinvokes feelings associated with that time. Sometimes this is a positive or healing experience.
If we are moving forward from a failure, it is important to look back in order to analyze where we went wrong. To be aware of our mistakes in order to perfom better. Growth takes time, growth requires mistakes and downhill path for a while.
The first step to taking a step back in order to move forward is ‘self-awareness’. It is the ability to focus on ourselves and how our actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with our internal standards. Popular words for self-awareness include self-reflection, introspection, self-knowledge, and self-examination; as well as mindfulness, self-consciousness, and self-understanding.
Looking into the mirror can be daunting but to be able to truly move forward, you need to acknowledge your faults, your flaws and the areas in which you need to change.
Looking backward takes more energy; it's more painful than looking forward! Go ahead! Doors will open. Life is a journey.
