Why worry- many babies are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead. Aim towards your destination:

-

#Science says that the amount of semen that is released once an adult healthy male has intercourse contains 400 million sperm. So, according to logic, if that amount of sperm found a place in the womb of a girl, then 400 million babies would be created!

This 400 million #sperm, running like crazy towards the mother's uterus, only 300-500 sperm survive.

And the rest? He dies of exhaustion or defeat on the way. These are 300-500 sperm, which have been able to reach the ovum. Only one of them, a very strong sperm, fertilizes the ovum, or takes a seat in the ovum. That lucky sperm is you or me, or all of us.

Have you ever thought of this great war?

1. When you ran "there were no eyes, hands, feet, head, yet you won.

2. When you ran, you didn't have a certificate, you didn't have a brain, but you won.

3. You had no #education when you ran, no one helped but you won.

4. You had a destination when you ran and you ran with a single mind, aiming at that destination and you won in the end.

- After that, many #babies are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead, you have completed 10 full months.

- Many babies die at birth but you survived.

- Many babies die in the first 5 years of life. You are still alive.

- Many children die of malnutrition. Nothing happened to you.

- Many have left the world on the way to growing up, you are still.

And today ......

You panic when something happens, you get frustrated, but why?

Why do you think you lost? Why have you lost confidence? Now you have friends, siblings, certificates, everything. There are hands and feet, there is education, there is the brain to plan, there are people to help, yet you have lost hope.

When you did not give up on the first day of life. Fighting to the death with 400 million sperm, he has won the competition alone without any help by running continuously.

Why do you break down when something happens ??

Why do you say I do not want to live?

Why did I say I lost?

It is possible to highlight thousands of such things, but why are you frustrated?

Why would you lose? Why rate? You win in the beginning, you win in the end, you win in the middle. Give yourself time, ask yourself what talent you have.

Is Humility the Most Valuable Skill We Can Teach?

- ЁЯТб The Unexpected Lesson: When Seniority Bows to Skill: Last week, I had an experience that didn’t just brighten my day—it reaffirmed the value system we desperately need to cultivate in every learning environment. I stopped by a local learning center where a guest faculty member was teaching. This wasn't just any instructor; he was a highly respected individual, a senior professional with years of corporate experience under his belt. In almost every conventional sense—age, career tenure, general experience—he was superior to me. But there was one crucial connection: I had trained him in a specific, professionally-certified skill that he was currently teaching to his students. He had learned this particular expertise from me. A Masterclass in Humility As I quietly stepped into the back of the classroom, I expected to simply nod and observe. What happened next was a moment I will never forget. The senior faculty member, mid-sentence, spotted me. He immediately stopped the lecture,...

How to deal with criticism.?

Hearing criticism can be hard, especially in a professional capacity. But learning to deal with criticism is also a very useful life skill.  In a broader sense criticism is the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes. Criticism can be either constructive or destructive. Constructive criticism is designed to show you where you went wrong, but also help you to improve. Destructive criticism is often malicious, although it can also be the result of thoughtlessness.  Constructive criticism is the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one. The purpose of constructive criticism is to improve the outcome. You can use both constructive and destructive criticism in one of two ways: as a way to learn, or to reduce your self-esteem and effectiveness. The first is...

Understanding inner-directed and other-directed focus:

Psychologists tell us that some people are inner-directed and some are other-directed. Inner-directed: That is, some people focus on their own internal guidance system for making choices about how to spend their time and energy. Their own self-interest ranks very high on their list of priorities. “What’s best for me?” is a key guiding principle in determining where they focus their attention and how they make day-to-day decisions. Other-directed: And some people are other-directed, which means that their primary focus is external, not internal. They are primarily concerned with relationships, especially people they care about. “How can I help others?” is a key question in how they spend their time and energy. Building and nurturing relationships with loved ones, family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers is the guiding principle in their lives. Research indicates that, in general, men tend to be more inner-directed, while women tend to be more other-d...

How to win people in decision making:

 - Have you come across a situation where you discuss some common challenge with your colleague and want a common decision and solution to be given. And in that process sometimes you experience difference of option leading to a conflict like situation. This happens to us in family, friends and professional life. For this we need to understand how to create win-win situation, how to use negotiation skills.  ‘The term negotiation refers to  a strategic discussion intended to resolve an issue in a way that both parties find acceptable . Negotiations involve give and take, which means one or both parties will usually need to make some concessions’. Example of negotiations: Salary negotiation: Candidates for jobs can bargain with an employer about their salary and benefits. Vendor negotiation: Many businesses negotiate with vendors on the pricing and services provided in contacts. *Imp* Teenagers and underlying challenges of current generation:

-  Teens naturally experience stronger urges and have less ability to delay gratification compared to adults. A teenager is someone who is between 13 and 19 years old. There is a continuous socioemotional development happening among teenagers. Puberty brings a surge of hormones that can lead to intense emotions and risky behavior. Teenagers are also grappling with social pressures, identity formation, and desires for independence, which can lead to impulsive choices. Some teenagers experience strong feelings and attraction towards the opposite gender. Unfortunately, this can lead to unhealthy or harmful relationships. Compared to adults teenagers have lesser self control, they might get into unnecessary and undesirable commitment with opposite gender. Thus parents and guardians should m...

Poem: For in the depths of our soul's dark night, Memories shine like stars, a guiding light:

- Forgetfulness: In minds where memories reside, A flame of remembrance,  let it abide. Don't let forgetfulness creep in, And steal the moments we hold within. For in the depths of our soul's dark night, Memories shine like stars,  a guiding light. They whisper stories of love and strife, And weave the tapestry of our life. So let us cherish every fleeting thought, And hold dear every memory we've brought. For in the realm of forgetfulness's sway, Lies a darkness that takes away. The laughter,  tears and moments shared, The love that once was,  and still is spared. The lessons learned,  the trials faced, The triumphs won,  the wisdom placed. So let us tend the flame of mind, And keep the embers of memory aligned. For in the warmth of recollection's glow, We find our identity,  and all we know. Source : Received through WhatsApp message.
