Why worry- many babies are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead. Aim towards your destination:

-

#Science says that the amount of semen that is released once an adult healthy male has intercourse contains 400 million sperm. So, according to logic, if that amount of sperm found a place in the womb of a girl, then 400 million babies would be created!

This 400 million #sperm, running like crazy towards the mother's uterus, only 300-500 sperm survive.

And the rest? He dies of exhaustion or defeat on the way. These are 300-500 sperm, which have been able to reach the ovum. Only one of them, a very strong sperm, fertilizes the ovum, or takes a seat in the ovum. That lucky sperm is you or me, or all of us.

Have you ever thought of this great war?

1. When you ran "there were no eyes, hands, feet, head, yet you won.

2. When you ran, you didn't have a certificate, you didn't have a brain, but you won.

3. You had no #education when you ran, no one helped but you won.

4. You had a destination when you ran and you ran with a single mind, aiming at that destination and you won in the end.

- After that, many #babies are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead, you have completed 10 full months.

- Many babies die at birth but you survived.

- Many babies die in the first 5 years of life. You are still alive.

- Many children die of malnutrition. Nothing happened to you.

- Many have left the world on the way to growing up, you are still.

And today ......

You panic when something happens, you get frustrated, but why?

Why do you think you lost? Why have you lost confidence? Now you have friends, siblings, certificates, everything. There are hands and feet, there is education, there is the brain to plan, there are people to help, yet you have lost hope.

When you did not give up on the first day of life. Fighting to the death with 400 million sperm, he has won the competition alone without any help by running continuously.

Why do you break down when something happens ??

Why do you say I do not want to live?

Why did I say I lost?

It is possible to highlight thousands of such things, but why are you frustrated?

Why would you lose? Why rate? You win in the beginning, you win in the end, you win in the middle. Give yourself time, ask yourself what talent you have.

How important a good sleep is:

Snippets: - In an average a person needs atleast 7-9 hours of good quality sleep. - Lack of sleep affects certain parts of the brain more than others. The emotional center of  your brain , the amygdala, becomes more sensitive to negative stimuli both internal and external. - Without enough rest, your immune system doesn’t have enough time to recharge itself or fight off infection.  - Try going to bed and waking up at the same time every day even on weekends. - Sleep deprivation can affect all aspects of your life.  Click to read the full article by sleep expert:

How to Fight Stress with Empathy?

Snippets : - We often use the words “I’m stressed” casually in our everyday conversations, with little acknowledgment of the adverse effects of stress in our lives. - Not all stress is bad, of course. Stress can also be invigorating or  lead us to care  about the welfare of others, if channeled in the right way. - To some extent, we can reduce stress by simply taking good care of ourselves through getting proper sleep, exercise, and nutrition. - If we all focused more on listening and understanding each other, the world would be a lot less stressful—and a lot happier—place to live. Beyond the Clock: Reclaiming Our Most Precious Hours for Family:

 - The sun climbs, painting the morning sky with hues of promise. For many, that daily ascent marks not the beginning of personal pursuits, but the quiet march towards another workday. From **8 AM to 5 PM**, five days a week, the most vibrant, energetic hours of our lives are often exchanged for the steady hum of the office. This isn't just a block of time; it's the very core of our waking, productive selves, poured into tasks and targets that shape our careers, but often leave precious little for the dreams that stir outside the cubicle walls. Think of it. These are the hours when the mind is sharpest, the body most resilient, the spirit most eager. It's when children are at school, when the daylight holds the most potential for outdoor adventures, creative projects, or simply quiet reflection. Yet, for nearly a decade or two, sometimes even longer, this prime segment of our existence is dedicated to the demands of professional life. We arrive, often before the world fully...

All that you want to know about depression:

If the depression is severe, encouragement may not be enough, however. It may be necessary to arrange a visit to a health care provider for them. - Treatment for depression depends on its type and severity. There are several approaches that can be used either alone or in combination. Current thinking suggests that medication combined with psychotherapy is the most effective treatment for moderate to severe depression. Responding vs Reacting:

Responding is the constructive approach in any situation. Responding is taking the situation in, and deciding the best course of action based on values such as reason, compassion, cooperation, etc. Just think of the last time you were in deep thought about your plans for the evening while driving home from work. As you pull into your driveway you wonder to yourself, "How did I get home?" The car seemed to practically drive itself. Driving is a relatively complex task, requiring many choices along the way—turn right, turn left, slow down, stop, change lanes. Still, driving home can be successfully performed almost subconsciously. So, consider the multitude of much smaller choices we make each day that we don't really think about: waking up, brushing our teeth, saying "good morning" to a colleague, eating our lunch, performing a repetitive job duty, and so on. Subconscious actions are useful most of the time, but we must also consciously choose our attitude to c...

The Ripple Effect of Positive Communication and Good Behavior 🗣️:

 - In today's fast-paced world, the rise of aggressive behavior in schools, families, organizations, and corporations is a growing concern. This trend poses a significant threat to our collective well-being and productivity. It's time for us to recognize that good behavior and positive communication aren't just polite gestures; they are essential for creating thriving communities and a better society. The Foundation of Strong Organizations 💪 For any organization, a healthy internal environment is crucial for success. Aggressive behavior, whether it's verbal insults, passive-aggressiveness, or bullying, erodes trust, stifles creativity, and leads to high turnover rates. It creates a toxic atmosphere where people are afraid to speak up or share ideas. Conversely, an organization that prioritizes good behavior and positive communication benefits immensely. When we feel respected and valued as a team, we are more likely to be engaged and motivated. This leads to:  * Improv...
