Here are some of the examples of positive psychology:

When you fall down the stairs and think, “wow I fell down very fast. Maybe that's a record!”.

When you hit rock bottom in your life and think “ wait! I can't fall anymore. The only way from here is upwards. Come on!! Let's do this!!”

When somebody asks you “are you suffering from mental illness?” And you reply “no. I enjoy it.”

When you buy a second hand car and your friends ask you “why have you bought such an old, rusty vehicle??” And you reply “ I just got myself a very well experienced car at a very cheap price.”

When you fail an exam and you are like “ I get one more year dude. That's a lot of time to master the subject and maybe I can be better than the guys who passed in just one year.”When you are fired from a job and you think “ Yeah!! I am on fire! Bring it on!”

Emotions:       Have you ever observed some of the situations occur in our lives?      Say, you are walking on a road; suddenly a biker comes and lightly hits you, so that your dress gets dusty. How do you react? Shout at him or physically hit him or you keep passive and just walk on the road. Suppose if you beat the biker, you did not have the intention or even think of beating the person, but why did you beat? It is all sudden, because there is always an internal action and reaction process which takes place between our hearts, mind and physical body, which we do not see.
